Unfortunately, most people know as much about the auto industry, as they do about the medical industry. In my personal opinion, they are closely related. It’s nice to see someone step up for the little guy.
Dealerships don’t make much money selling cars, they make money selling service and parts. Commonly referred to as the “backend”. The more you know about how the dealership operates, the more leverage you have. Hats off to Nate, for shedding a little light on this practice
Thanks Glenn, That was my whole objective!
The key to having the best automotive owners experience is having someone you can trust. Often pricing is treated as the only priority while problems not being fixed the first time escalates the costs while creating a defense posture for both repair facility and customer. Knowledge is power and trust is priceless. Having a professional like Nate to decipher these complex systems removes all the stress from automotive ownership.
Thank You Brendan. I’m starting to think i should have started this blog a long time ago.
